The last few days have flown by. We're headed home tomorrow and I am not looking forward to another full flight. Today we spent the day at Epcot and we are all worn out. Here are a few pics...Norway...
Italy...
Ciao!
We're in Disneyworld! We had a VERY long day yesterday with a flight to Dallas then on to Orlando, followed by a bus ride to our hotel. Patrick was surprisingly good (thanks to a few Elmo DVDs we brought on the plane). Today we hit up most of Fantasyland at the Magic Kingdom. Patrick particularly liked It's a Small World and the Winnie the Pooh ride. We had a lovely dinner in Epcot at the French pavilion and caught the fireworks on the way out. We're trying to keep Patrick on California time and so far it seems to be working out. Tomorrow we're headed to MGM. Will try to log on and post more pic this week (I'm on dial up).
Happy Birthday Tom! We celebrated tonight by having a very nice dinner out at Osteria in Palo Alto. I made chocolate molten lava cakes for dessert. Tom got an iPod Nano which I snark on but it is actually very tiny and cute.

Patrick celebrated Tom's birthday by being a little stinker all day. Hmph. And did anyone else notice in the post below that our new bedroom and Dee's kitchen are the same color?
Has anyone else been watching Martha Stewart's new show? My Mom and I are already hooked (of course I was a fan before), Martha is actually very funny. A few months ago when Martha was released from prison she wore a crocheted poncho a fellow inmate made for her and it created a little buzz. My Mom found the pattern online and had been testing her crochet skills. Today on Martha's show everyone in the audience wore the same poncho, including Martha's dogs, the crew, and the guests (even Elmo!). In honor of Martha, Patrick tried on the poncho tonight...
And I've mentioned if before, but Patrick is REALLY into Elmo right now (as are several babies in his playgroup). Today he was being sweet and hugging Elmo while mugging for the camera (notice the cowboy boot slippers are making another appearance).
What a cutie pie!
My little baby seems to have inherited his father's musical ability, whoo hoo! Patrick has been asking for music, going to the CD player and begging. I'll have to find one of Tom's CDs to play for him so he can hear his daddy playing. On Saturday we went to the Mountain View Art & Wine Festival and Patrick enjoyed all of the live music, taking time to stop and dance for the crowd at any chance he got. When he gets really into it he shakes his hand in the air as he bops up and down. Patrick's favorite song right now is Hollaback Girl by Gwen Stefani. He goes nuts when it comes on the radio. This morning Tom took Patrick over to his parent's house and Patrick had the chance to ride around in a wheelbarrow. For some reason he hates his stroller but wagons, toy cars and wheelbarrows are cool. Check out Patrick with his Grandma...
